Barry Wilkinson is a law firm management consultant, author and speaker, a member of the Institute for Turnaround, and the founder of Wilkinson Read & Partners. He is a member of the Law Management Section committee. He works closely with Senior Partners, Managing Partners, Heads of Departments and Finance Directors to grow their firms, become more profitable and stay independent.

Bronwyn is a founding member of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA), and was national president for three years 2007-2010. She was instrumental in the establishment of a national qualification in Legal Practice Management and in 2010 was named the inaugural Industry ‘Icon’ for her contribution to Legal Management.

Fiona Croswell is a seasoned legal learning and development manager, having led L&D programs for global and national law firms. She brings her decades of experience to her role as Learning & Development Manager for the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association. She is passionate about leadership development, and the role of digital technology in adult education.

Co-founder and CEO of Helix Legal, and Founder of LawLancer. A building and construction lawyer by trade, Janelle is passionate about fairness and creating opportunities within the industry, and believes by applying ideas and innovation with gusto we can create an improved playing field for all.

Mark is the CEO of Legal Mosaic - a legal business consultancy, speaker, author, Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law Distinguished Fellow and the inaugural LIFTED Catalyst-in-Residence of the Singapore Academy of Law. Mark founded Qualitas, an early legal process outsourcing company (LPO), and then co-founded and managed Clearspire, a groundbreaking ‘two-company model’ law firm and service company.

Michelle is a member of King & Wood Mallesons’ Executive Leadership team as the Executive Director of Innovation. Michelle designs and delivers the innovation strategy for King & Wood Mallesons. This includes legal design, digital strategy, the application of artificial intelligence and innovation thought leadership. In 2017, she was awarded the International Legal Technology Association Distinguished Peer Leadership Award.

Steven is Managing Director of Deloitte Legal Business Services. In this role, he helps clients to re-engineer service delivery and get fit for the future. He partners with legal departments on their journeys to modernise, adopt technology, systems, operations and new processes. He has previously worked with Hewlett Packard, Norton Rose and Baker & McKenzie.

As the Executive Director of the Centre for Legal Innovation, Terri works internationally with leaders and managers of law firms, legal departments, community legal centres, alternative legal service/product providers, legal associations, legal incubators and accelerators, legaltech entrepreneurs, law schools, business schools, business professionals and lawyers, supporting their contribution to the transformation of legal practice.
