You will solidify what you have learnt by using your new knowledge to develop a strategic plan for your current legal business, a legal business you have in mind to establish, or a fictional legal business we will provide to you.
This as an opportunity to put learning into practice and receive immediate, individualised advice and feedback from a strategy expert on a real life strategic plan.
Drawing on cutting-edge leadership theory and organisational psychology principles, this course will give you the self-awareness and critical thinking you need to become a transformational leader in legal business.
